Regarding clustering.

I gather that all towers and keeps will be released and set to level 1.

Is this correct?

If the above is correct.....

..... are we given an amnesty to reclaim and upgrade towers and keeps?

And finally....

.......are the relics considered sacrosanct and unraidable for at least a few hours?

This is most important as it's not a secret that Mid and Hib will still be at a large disadvantage regarding population, so the possibilites for immediate relic raiding cannont have missed some Albion minds.

This isn't going to be fair when you take into account that all patches (and I pragmatically assume this one) will be done in the morning CET and brought online afternoon time CET leaving keeps all around at a distinct weakness! And considering how little relic raiding goes on atm.....

My guess is the usual after-big-patch process will take place.

i.e keeps gradually become raidable after a set period of time in order, eventually leading to relics being stealable. Cant remember if this happened here or over on US, but it definately happened somewhere.

Please correct me if im wrong.

I think, although am not 100% sure, that the NF thing will happen again, where keeps, towers and relics cant be taken (but can be claimed) for 24 hours or so.

Relics, keeps and towers will all be reset to their normal realms, unclaimed and at level 1. We haven't confirmed the details yet regarding how long it will be before they are attackable and claimable yet but I'd imagine that it will work in much the same way as it did for NF - i.e. keeps are untakable for a few hours and unkillable guards are placed in relic shrines for a day or so to allow realms the chance to get their frontier into shape.
That is my guess as to how it will work and I may very well turn out to be wrong. As soon as an official decision is made and details are worked out, it will be in the Friday News.

quick follow up question regarding clustering...
if one were to log out in the frontier at its current state, when one logs back in, are they ported out? or are character locations kept and updated in the new zone?

similarly, if one were to bind in the current zone, would that bind remain and what would happen when a release occurs
