Just how do you report cheats? some people are really suspect radar users yet i never find an advisor online or can find a way to report my suspicions..

how do you report a cheat? YOU have to prove it, at least in the olden days it was YOUR responsibility (movies etc) but things have changed, the cheats have left / ebayed or been banned. Im the first person with petrol at a bonfire filled with french people but the game has done well (grats goa & or mythic)! (irgo YOU no longer have to prove it, goa seem more than happy to find, identify and slay cheaters themselves).
