Reply command

Hi everyone.
I have had the problem for a while now that i cant just press R to reply to someone who did a send to me. It didnt bother me much until lately, when i got alot of sends, as a group leader, and had to type out the full name of the person sending each time. I tested it on all my chars and it just doesnt work. When i get a send and press r it says: "you can only reply when someone has sent you a message". Anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

PS: I have the swiss (german) version but play on an english server. Im gonna test tonight wether it works on a german server, but i dont think thats the problem.

This problem happens when you use a client version different from the servers you're playing on (english client on a french or german server for example). If you always play on the same type of servers (english ones, french ones or german ones), what you can do is editing your update.dat file and changing the "german" or "french" word to "englsih" in the 3 lines (or setting it to the language of the servers you're playing on). Then delete the language folder in the game directory and launch the game. You will be able to use the Reply key on the type of servers you choose in the update.dat file.

Thanks for your help . I hope i dont do anything wrong, reinstalling it would take painfully long on my maschine, ohh and i dont wanna think about the patching

[Edit] Well i was thinking of joining a friend on the german servers but since i play more on the english ones, i will set it to english (or is there a way for it to be both?) [Edit]
