if it was the first time you repaired it the cost is also for any durabillity loss it had. Afterwards the price will be a bit less though you can get up to paying 250g per con pts. (if i remember correctly)

There is no way you can get it repaired as in the "old" times, players can't repair artifacts anylonger-

Makes you think twice about using artifacts in PvE.
Especially for powerlvling with supp SM´s and such.

ARTIFACT DURABILITY REPAIR

- Durability loss has now been removed from artifacts. Once repaired at a smith, all artifacts will be reset to full durability and will no longer lose durability.

- Condition loss on artifacts will still occur. Artifacts will now cost significantly more than standard weapons, armour and items to get the condition repaired.

- Note that when repairing an artifact for the first time, durability loss will figure into the initial cost, as well as condition.

- With these changes to durability, artifacts can no longer be repaired by players.

- Repairing artifacts at player houses will no longer provide the house discount.

What happens when you repair??
Remember that you can only see the dur as 100 when it's above 100. When you get below 100 you will see the actually dur on the item.
99% con 135% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 134% dur
99% con 134% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 134% dur
99% con 133% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 134% dur
99% con 132% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 134% dur
.
.
.
99% con 101% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 100% dur
99% con 100% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 99% dur (At this point you see the dur on your item decrease)
99% con 99% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 98% dur
99% con 98% dur --- repair ---> 100% con 97% dur

So while it looked like you were only paying for con you were in fact paying for the loose of dur too. Your next repair will most likely cost a lot less.
The FIRST time you repair your artifact is the ONLY time you will pay for dur on it.

I did a few calculations.
You paid 608g for the repair when it showed 99% con and 100% dur.

608/19 = 32

So the dur COULD have been on 104%.
So you paid 19g for 1 con and 19g for each dur (31 dur lost when you repaired it in the past. 1 dur each time you repaired it.)

31+1 * 19g = 608g

Or it could be
608/38 = 16 (99% con and 120% dur)
608/76 = 8 (99% con and 128% dur)
608/152 = 4 (99% con and 132% dur)
608/304 = 2 (99% con and 134% dur)
608/608 = 1 (99% con and 135% dur)

OR something completely else ;)

My bet is on either 19g, 38g or 76g for each con in the future.
