they , ppl need to be warned that Exiles of the tribunal has thieves in their guild



stealing from a lucky farmer .... and claiming they own a Mob on SI

and that person did effectively state: he claims the mob

it is clear that i pulled the mob

that i tried to defend myself in doing so

that SHE did jump in after 25 percent of damage and started outdamaging me

that she stole the drop and didn't even bother to thinnk i was the one that pulled it

A Lot of people have had problems with nasdrovnje before, let me post about my encounter with him :

I was leveling a bot and a friend of mine in the room near Pendragon in barrows. another group of people were camping it and we got along quite well untill *drum roll* Mr necro comes along. He starts pulling every mob, not caring about the rest that has been in that room for quite a while. I gently ask him to go camp somewhere else and a verbal fight breaks out (I will spare you his immature driblings). A bit later he gets so greedy he overpulls, and his low level friend /alt and the necro get killed. I offered to rez, but he is enraged, claiming we were the reason he got killed So he brings Nasdrovnje and a 50 buffbot along and starts clearing every mob in a wide surrounding of that room, annoying about 4-5small groups of people who can do nothing but sit there and watch.

Sorry to butt in, but if you felt that you had been mistreated somehow I see a million other ways you could have handled this situation. Even though you felt stepped on.

Coming on BW flaming an entire guild combined with ingame harassment (spelling?) will not benefit you in any way. Ever.

I read the first thread, and while it would seem that Dead Guru was a complete and utter twat for starting to kill the mob despite the person waiting for the spawn telling him he was going to kill it, the person that first pulls the mob has the right to it.
So the person who then jumped in to kill it has actually broken the CoC.
Mind you, dead Guru was a right ass for not respecting the camp

If you see a person nuking a mob and you com in halfway to steal it... what does CoC state on that??

i know flaming does not solve problems.
ingame harrasment, not me... this person is stealing mate....

ok ok, just bits and bytes... but then not even beeing fair about it....
what would have happened if the drop would have been a ....sword eg... would i have had the right to ask the drop from the mob i pulled?

be honest... first pull, first serve at that moment...
now i just want that thing .... not for the value... out of principle.

It seems that you are just as bad, if not worse than the person you accuse of kill stealing. Not only this, but your not helping yourself by continually posting here. I dont see why you flame an entire guild just because you accuse one person in it of cheating. There is no need to tar them all with one brush.
Your acting provocatively you didnt need to repeat the whole thread title in this threads title.

If a thread is closed, its closed for a reason. If you have an in game problem, report it to GOA. If you have a problem with a specific player; either talk to their GM or /ignore them.

To those of you have have had problems with Nasdrovnje I suggest you report him to GOA.
