renewing sub problem

i know its the wrong forum

all i get when i try to renew subs are unable to modify your subscription an invoice is currently in process

This isn't RVR discussion but:

Generally means you have entered your card details wrong. Do the following:

1) Clear browser cache and retry.
2) Wait 12-24 hours and retry.
3) Contact Rightnow with details in case something is wrong with your account.

if you fucked up something you need to wait 24h before you can retry, at least that happened to me

or maybe it was cleared when new day started (0:01 etc) not sure bout that .
