Renewed subscription

So i renewed my subscription about half an hour ago, yet my account is still closed?

Im not sure wether this is related to the problem in the stickied thread as that suggests the problem is only happening if the account was already active?

Any ideas? Thank you.

Afaik it takes a short while for the game database to catch up with the subs database - about an hour or so I think. Try again in a bit and if you still can't login then you need to email subscription@goa.com to sort it out for you.
