Renewal Problems, Help!

My account has been inactive for a while and im gonna activate it again and when i click thingie "Access Secure Payment" thingie this is the message i get:


Your transaction is being processed…

Reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form.


Now, i havent even entered my creditcard number, i didnt even get the chance to choose which kind of credit card i got.
This above message is the only thing i get when trying to pay for my account.

I've checked back on it for about a week and a half now and its still the same thing.
Has anyone else had this problem before? If so, what should i do to solve it?

That looks to me as if it might be a cache problem. Your cache probably has that page in it somewhere and so whenever you try and access it, it simply loads it up from cache as opposed to going to the website and redownloading it. There's a thread about it somewhere here...

I've tried from several computers and still get the same message ...

Im getting same thing and i dont even have cache on :/

My friend had the same problem, he just rebooted and then it worked :D

I've tried for 2 weeks or so, from 10+ different computers =)

keep trying - try at non-peak times too, and not at the weekend - I think the billing system likes to go to the pub then...

Im getting it in the middle of night, day, weekends, week, 24/7 and with many computers and a few friends get it too. I have waited 3 hours, 6 hours and even days and still after I "access secure payment" I get

Ive tried emptying cache, using proxy, deleting internet files and what else and still same damn thing..
