Anyone know how long GOA saves the characters after subscription runs out?

I'm wondering if Ufrot's still there

Officially 6 months.
But I've heard of people being gone for up to a year and therir chars are still there.

I asked someone at GOA for you, and the official response is that so far they've never deleted any characters on closed accounts.

i don't think they are gonna delete the inactive chars, just the ones that's been deleted by players. this means if your character has been deleted you better get it restored before the patch arrives.
