Renderer Creation Failed! ??

just got a second Pc for BB... but when i load up DAOC i get this msg right after i picked the server...

what does it mean... and what can i do to help it... happened to me 100% so far / 6 trys...

any imput... the 2 comps ate on same uplink... via swich... hope to run 3 accounts same time
