erm, without power relics it'd be hard for him to do over 1k dmg regularily.. and ffs you're a paladin, use your resist chants, then it's completely impossible for him to do 1k dmg unless he has someone debuffing for him.

if u twist cold+triple with cold in u get an extra 30? resist, 26+30 /+aom
doubt you'll get hit for over 500, unless with a debuff

Hmm no? Triple and single resist pala chant dont stack. Unless its some new nf stuff.

Only if you have 48 chants, else you have 10%+10%. And twisting resist chants doesnt work because the pulse duration is 5s and the recast time is 8s for those chants, so if you try to twist you will not have resist for the half time of the twist cycle and thats if you twist in perfect timing which is imposible. It is better to just only one up or for better result mix the resists chants among the healing, endutance, dps chants. At least that way you will have +10% more resits full time.

erm, if you're being hit for 1k dmg by remisk (and he's not getting someone else to debuff you first) then you really aren't twisting your chants properly (or are twisting the wrong ones). Since if you were doing it right, it'd be impossible for him to hit that hard. I-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e. Not hard, impossible. He simply couldnt do it, ever.

if you're so clueless to think that u dont go interrupt him right after getting nuked when u twist both chants same time (= 30% for 5 seconds) you even got an insta tauntshout to interrupt, but u rather go run around like a headless chicken, or come whine on FH instaid, run to him, instashout, by the time he can nuke again u can either : melee and/or twist again

a normal pala can get without much problems 48 chants, 42shield 42slash, which is good enough since BG > guard and you wont block anyway vs 2200ish ws tanks
