Remains?

I noticed that alot of remains are lvl 10-30...

and i wonder if i need to be at the same level as the mob i am going to get remains from if it is going to drop?

or can i just go and kill lvl 10-30 mobs with my lvl 50, and they will still drop?

The mob must con anything but grey to you for remains to drop.
