Relics?

what exactly do they do?
i`ve read that strength relics add 5% to something somewhere
ca`nt find any info on power relics

does anybody actually know what difference tehy make?

-holding your own relics gives no bonuse
-having no relics gives no penalties
-holding an enemy strength relic adds 5% to all melee damage
-holding an enemy power relic adds 5% to all spell damage

So if you have all 6 relics you do 10% more damage with spells and melee. In a later patch this is increased to 10% per relic, I think.

ah i c thx for teh reply.. does this bonus work in PvE and PVP then?

Said bonus is applied to the damage variance; it doesn't actually increase the damage cap from what we've seen.

Thought you got -5% penalty if you didn't have your own relic, or was that changed in some patch?
