Well done to all of the hibbys who paticipated in the Relic Raid, at last we tought them mids a lesson, and not only did we get the mid power Relic we also got the Alb one,

Sorry, we did not like the idea of hippies running around with merlins staff - what you do with the midgard one for now is one thing but we took the liberty to get ours back.

Well i was suiciding at alb TK when mad got the jump on me. So off to bed I go, only to be woken 10mins later by my bro screaming they're going for the relics. Go figure

We cannot live with the amount of ppl that the Albs can muster up at anytime of the day. It's a fact I'm afraid and we just have to live with it. It just makes our acheivements so much more rewarding. Taking the relic was a great feeling, it's just a shame to wake up to seeing that they had taken theirs from us in a couple of hours when we had a total of 30 players online.

I´d luv to c wot will u say if urs was taken (sp?) when there´r only 30 albs online, but afaik that will never happen, albs don´t sleep we all know :p

Now will some uber alb come and say we took the relic from ur hand as a candy from a baby (was that a mid´s speech?) Nm...

We don't have more players online then you, but moments after you got our rellics we asked around who was willing to stay up late to get the rellics back. Since it was already 3 am here at the time of your raid and 3.30 when we had confirmation of enough people to go on with it. It was only a small sacrifice to stay up for another few hours if it prevent hibbies from having 3 power rellics.
/claps to all the albs who made a time investment and alot of coffee last night.

I'm just afraid it's going to be very late night raids vs. NPCs all the time..

I for one enjoyed our failed raids more (could have something to do with me being LD most of the time on this one)

The excitement of a chatline like 'INC!!! About 10.. no 20.. wait.. 30.. ow crap.. 100s' while you're on the 2nd or 3rd door is priceless and what I play the game for.

I for one will not be part of late night raids that start after midnight GMT (although the chance to be spotted and zerged is still very much there.. especially in the holidays)

I really wanted to be a part of Hibernia's first successful relic raid but in the end I'm half glad I missed this one. I already turn up to work looking like a zombie most days, and I needed the sleep more than I needed to see that dumb horn.

Aye...after all this staff is just another piece of firewood. Maybe we should take it with us the next time we do a relic raid at Midgard. Perhaps its easier to burn down the doors instead of ramming them. :)
