As i didn't want to spend a fortune on my Friar i made this template. Apart from ML9 legs and GoV its very easy to get (mostly quest items) but still has good stats. Really a PvE but could work in RvR (ie no stun feedback) - does have a funky charge in Band of Stars tho =p

You could maybe replace one or both krojer rings with an adroit ring (think the dex version is called adroit) from darkspire. You'd get some extra utility then and maybe you could look for a bracer with power on it then and replace the ebon hide bracer with it. Though if you want those +20 af from the two rings more than a bit more power you shouldn't of course
