reinstallin win xp

havin a little trouble restartin my pc back to factory settings.
Please anyone give me advice how i do this please , i am running win xp home , and dont have any recovery discs at all. my other pc is running win me , and that seems easy to do recovery on as i have a startup disc.
Is there a disc i need , or can i create one somehow? i dont have original window cd btw , because it came on the hd already.
