Reinstall Every 6 Weeks

Is it me or do es every one have to reinstall T2 every 6 weeks or so ????

I have never had to re-install my T2? what os u running?

I run win 2k with service pack, 256 meg ram, gforce 4 ,
I have jump jet script and some of the alware scripts and snipezoom..
after a while i get unhandeled exeptions in T" and it locks ...often when driving tank in heavy combat ... reinstalling seams to sort it out so ihave made a backup of this clean install to save time when it goe's tits up again ..#

P.s did you play as SantaKhan one xmas in T1???

I get UE's all the time, never had to reinstall.
Just delete all the *.dso files and start again, i use PJ's scripts and that automatically deletes them each time T2 runs.

Hmmm!!! thats interesting can you tell me where to get that script ..
And by the way why? am i old mzungo and old khan etc etc ...

Download the all in one package.
There are lots of scripts from Panama Jack most of them i find very usefull.
Dont download the scripts for the beta patch as i am not sure if they will work.

The old. stuff is from the forum change thing. i cant seem to change mine from work, and just forget to do it at home =)

I have Alware scripts pack, do you know if i can run both as i like the auto flare script, Also what resolution do you play in ..i use 800x 600..

mzungo the best thing to do is delete your .dso files until you get a version that runs ok

do i just delete the .dso files or do i have to delete and then reinstall said .dso files

delete them, the next time t2 runs it will take a few extra seconds to start as it recompiles each script.
