Registrating WoW online

Are we able to reg our WoW-subscribtion now or do we have to wait untill servers come up?

About registering, i know this may seem like a silly question but they took the BETA servers down at the beginning of the week at 9.00pm +1GMT which meant 8.00pm over in the UK. Does this mean then that it will go live the same at 12.00midnight +1GMT in that case i hope i will be registering and playing at 11.00pm tonight
