Anyone got it? Its really good, I've played 4 maps so far and a vehicle level, if you like realism then get it now. I would avoid if you think CS is realistic.

Can you turn off the head bob thing? I had it as a beta but it made me feel sick

I cant see any option for that, the only HUD options are font size and compass on/off. Theres probably a console command for it though?

Theres quite a few keys used in this game! It will take a while to master it all. Its quite fun with 3 in a tank, 1 spotting tanks, 1 yelling commands to the driver and the driver doing as hes told.

Gumbo it wouldnt take mine either, i complained to steam who reset it. Since I found out about the head bob thing though Ive not bothered anyway

Though I have motion sickness issues with a lot of FPS's of late, so we'll see how it goes.

Well, I finally got around to getting this game, and to be honest Im quite glad i did. I can live with the head bob thing!
When I first started playing it looked aweful.They have some kind of HDR thing like in Source, it just makes everything blurry, and strangely it makes the players faces glow. Once Id turned this off, and put AA on via my video card, it just looked a bit crap
On the good side though, they really have made some efforts to make it realistic. It reminds me of early versions of DoD, nothing like the arcadey version we have today. Theres no x-hair , and the tanks have to be driven by two people to be effrective, otherwise the driver has to swap to the gunners postion to shoot.
Overall, quite a lot of fun, Ill play it some more

Yeah I wish I didnt buy DOD now, it was a great game in the old HL1 days. Shame RO isnt on the source engine though.

Yeah but if it was on the source engine no doubt the players would run at 100mpf like in dod:s, and the maps would have to be smaller too I expect.
