Daft Punk album is terrible imo. Get Roni Size - In the Mode. Far far better album.

Being the varied utter fuck that I am - I liked Homework (The daft punk album you cunts, not the chore school provided) and I do like a bit o' Roni Size every now and again.

Unfortunately I also like this trance shite :)

Daft Punk: Most excellent.

Roni Size: Also most excellent.

I happen to like trance shite too. Speaking of which, I got the 2000 Remake of Push "Strange World". If u likes a bit of pumping trance I suggest you get this. Hard to describe its formulaic yet brilliant qualities, just get and you'll know why.
Also, Pump Panel have released their version of Confusion on vinyl at long last.
For those that don't know, its the track at the start of Blade in the abbattoir / nightclub.

Not some pansy remake by Operation Stupid or whatever, but the original 10 minute belter.

I'll never get to play where I DJ though :(

Have to say my choice is French / US disco house. Ala Dimitri from Paris playing at the Playboy Manision. MAW also rock, wish I had made the effort to go to the Miami Winter Music Conference.

Mikey out!!!

I really don't like commercial trancy musicy type crap - if you want some quality 'electronic' music then the Aphex Twin is the don - they guy's a genius, and possibly the likes of Underworld and Orbital to dance away to.

Top quality albums that I've been (re)listening to lately include Appetite for Destruction (G'n'R), True Confessions (The Undertones), Incesticide and In Utero (Nirvana), Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness (Pumpkins) and Revolver (The Beatles). All classic albums. Buy them. Now.
