Any whisky drinkers here? I enjoy the occasional dram of Highland Park or Glenkinchie, and I'm looking to expand my tastes, so to speak. Any recommendations?

The finest malt I've tried is the Macallan. I tried a 10 year old vintage last new years and it was lush. Get the oldest bottle you can afford.

Try some Laphroaig ....

or as an alternative to the Scottish muck you could try some Irish Whiskey, like Bushmills Single Malt

I got a lovely bottle of Johnny Walker GREEN label for christmas. Think it's 15 year old and is top notch.
Am also keen on most speyside's.

If you like peaty single malts, Islay is a winner. They make loads of whiskies on that island, caol islay is a good one, fairly peaty and lots of flavours. The ancient leapfrog (lafroag) +15yr can be exellent too.

If you're looking for a nice Islay there's a couple of nice one's to try :

Bowmore (Bowmore Darkest won Whiskey of the Year a few years back but it's very strong and a tad pricey unless you regularly sink £35 on a bottle of spirits, I don't, I'm far too cheap for that)

If you fancy something a bit different, I'd recommend trying an Old Pultney - it's a lovely smooth malt whiskey that gives a slightly salty aftertaste. Sainsburys normally stock it at around £20 ish

Jesus Oddbins had a reputation for being cheap but their prices on the site are over what I normally pay in the supermarket

I wholeheatedly agree, just finished my second bottle of Macallan (think it was 12 year old, bought on a ferry)

Another smooth one is Glengoyne.

Im not fond of the peaty malts, bit too smokey for me

I've always been partial to Tullamore Dew which is a very light-coloured Irish WhiskEy. Drank a fair share of it when I lived in Dublin (I hate Guiness). Would also have to agree with somone above (cba to scroll up to check) that Talisker is a fine drink :)
