hahahaah so ture so true it was anoying waiting 5 min for him to proc it just for some to loose it to a bleed at the begining of a fight :!

they killed that procc totally now sadly, proccs once in a year..

Seen it procc twice, in a couple of months.

(on patch 1.74 now)

Does the vest only proc from melee hits? or can spells proc it?


Was thinking of vest for me skald but not sure if to be safe and go GOV.

vest procs from melee and gives 10 second immunity to all magic damage spells. dosent proc very often though, sadly
