Reaver choice

Hi all.

If you pretend that you don't think i'm gimped for playing a slash reaver, which of Malice and Battler do you think would be better for him? His spec is 39 slash, 50SR, 42 shield, 6 parry. I've never used either of these two weapons, so i don't really know how the abilities work in practice.

Malice > Battler imo, the proc is quite funky.

Malice is better if you got the time to exp it.

Havn't tried to exo it since 1.67 (before I deleted my zerk) but it was a pain in the arse back then, but with an end proc sword and go to ml3 dungeon with a buffbot should be pretty nice I guess.

Thanks for the replies! I have a little followup question then based on Eva's reply. You say i can use an end proc sword while exping the artifact weapon... does that mean i don't have to actually use Malice to exp it up? Can i have it on the 2-hand slot or something and it will get training?

Yes, it will still exp if its in your offhand slot (It exped with my inf in the 2h slot while i used crafted weapons on mobs)
And Malice is better imho, the Proc is very nice (a Super debuff to all stats)

Yes, keep malice in 2h slot and use another weapon in your 1h slot.

lvls fast on yales on inishail island or in the valley on right of sidi if u cba to goto island ^^

get some mp3s tho, the noises they make as u butcher them drives u nuts xD
