I created a small VBscript-thingy for our guildsite today and in that I added a stat I miss at the chronicles - RP/Guildmember.

For you mathgeniuses: Take you guilds total RP and devide it by the current member-count (not charcount)...

...well, what's the result?!

Our small guild only have 20.000 RP / member, so don't be ashamed :)

Hmm apparently we have 174,420 RP per member. :D

Uuh damn... that is nice. but then again your guild is basically all the early-stage-of-the-game-high-levels and their alts so in that sense. :D
Nice though...

Off topic but I tried downloading that flash movie off your site Arlone, didnt seem to work so went playing DAoC (surprise, surprise).

I enter Barrows and all of a sudden Enya starts playing. So I start screaming like a lunatic about the bloody awful music, bitching at my Guildleader for not warning me and start spinning in circles shouting at people. The guy I'm grping with says he can here it too.

Now he MUST be lying 'cause when I quit (my ears were bleeding) your bloody home movie was playing in the background!



Edit: Just posted that straight away and I've now read it again. Maybe I came across a little warped, but ENYA!!??

Seriously tho, for fantasy settings she's great. Perhaps you didn't know that some people, just some, don't enjoy listening to the same music as you :)

I could have chosen some melodic trance track too of course but then some other guy would whine cause he didn't like that 'song'! I feel that it's right for the movie - you don't obviously :)

And yes, I know it seems like it's not downloading correctly since I were in kind of a rush to get it done,so from 0% it has to load 3Mb to go to next step (20%).

[EDIT] bet you wanted to hear some black sabbath thingy but it's really not on my top 100k-list ;)

I never said I had done the script for all guilds. The info (total RP's and guildmembers) can of course be found at www.camelot-europe.com in the chronicles-section.

Total RP / membercount = RP / memeber

:)

10,000 rp per member here, 400K / 40 members, i think its the guilds 1 month since merge on tuesday or summat though, so i think thats not bad really.
if you add circle of power and guardians of albion to that though you start looking at double that rp per member.

EoO has a bit under 81k per member. 9,7million/120active members.

But Nolby on Excal has a whopping 365.5k per member :eek6:

Not bad tho, for middies :p

Well, if we'd delete our alts, we'd have about ~250k :)

Now that you mention it, the stats dont include alts anyways :p
Therefore If you would add Your mains and your alts rps together, then that would be your RP/Member for your guild...

Thus making my claim even better... didnt really come here to boast but just had to say something in return to a very good rp/member from sotl...

Thus deleting your alts would leave you with more like 100 to 150k per member.

Dannyn and me calculated the rp/member, not the rp/character.

And Venemous, if we start like that: Our top 30 rp holders have a higher average that's higher than your total. :p

Heck, there was a time that our top 3 rp holders had more combined rp than any guild in Albion. :p

Hmm the stats page is a bit crap because it can't tell

a) The RP of someone who is unguilded

or

b) The RP of someone who has left a guild...


It still thinks i've got 100k rp when i'm closer to 200k

<shrug>

I'll join a guild sometime just to update it. But frankly the politics and wankers in charge (no disrespect to aethelstan or tanya, this is not aimed at you) mean i'm not really that inclined.

I don't know what happend between you and the Templars Jadow and I don't want to know :) It is worth saying however that running a guild is the hardest thing you can do in this game and no matter how badly off you feel there is always some poor GM on the other end who has to deal with that sort of problem day in and day out.

Hmm I found it much easier to run a guild than to kill a lvl 50 Beserker...

I used to be GM of an Asherons Call guild... Had a brief mess around with some guildies here and now run a reunion of the old AC1 guild on Asherons Call 2 beta.. We had over 400 followers at our prime... down to about 30 now on the beta........ But still killing a 50 Beserker, I have only achieved once due to PAing him when he was sitting....
And I recently joined LOE and am greatly surprised how dam good the guild actually is.....

But then of course, more time spent of alts = less time getting RP's for your main ;)
