Well since Tuscarian Glacier ain't that popular no more The rarer something is, the more you can sell it for. And we haven't killed the dragon in a while either so...

On Market Explorer RAs are mostly sold for 4p or more, full skill 6-8p. It all depends on number of successful TG- or Dragonraids, indeed. And since they only get traded once pr time it is used (it's a perishable resource =), the number goes down rather quickly after these raids and the subsequent selling.
