Real Life and DAoC

Anyone here with your hand on your hearth that can say that it's possible to mix daoc and real life? with a job and girlfriend and everything my schedule is packed almost to the last minute..
just curious if anyone manages to play daoc while having a real life (oh, and how they do it)

Yes. I only really play in the winter, when it's too cold and miserable to go out anyway.
-Plus, the missus plays Q3, so we usually play our computers (Which sit next to each other, may I add) together, when 'normal' people would watch telly.

has anyone ever noticed that you can compare the consystem in daoc to RL relationships age....

e.g. a 20 yearold can date "bluecon" -> "orangecons" (age 17-23)

without people raising an eyebrow, if he does greencons people start talking

and as you progress in "level" the range of the "acceptable" age becomes bigger

e.g. a 30 yearold can date "bluecon" -> "orangecons" (age 24-34)

just a thought I had

I'm with Trog on this, shared an account on UO with the wife, that was murder Who's turn is it now Then For DAoC I built a new comp (not purely for DAoC was always something I wanted to do anyway) after a couple of months of sharing a DAoC account. I think it works quite well except on the weekends when the kids want the comps

DaoC and IRL no prob here, i play when i get home from work, just like normal ppl hang infront of their telly.
In weekends i tend to play most of the day and keep putting things off from my todo-list but i've been doing that long before i played daoc.

As for not comming outside, well its cold and or raining so unless i can iceskate i am staying in anyway. Once the weather gets better i start spending more and more time in parks wiv friends

Weekend nights are most of the time spend in shady bars with friends

As for a GF, just dont let em move in, and change often
