Reactivation of Accounts.

Hi i have serval times since yesterday tryed to renew my account. I have been playing WoW till the other day when i decided to get back ingame in DAoC and get rid of me WoW habits. But the problem to log in on my accounts was more then easy. I caan log in with my current passwords and username to support page on website but i cant use same passwords as i allways had used before to login game.
I had some problems about paying the account yesterday (Monday) and couldt pay untill today, this morning. All went fine, i renwed my account no problems atall, it's all avail for playing till 2 of mars. But i CANNOT still logg in .. i tryed all types of things like old passwords in every bendable way just to get ingame...no luck!

I send like 5 or 6 letters to support team, and only got response letters nothing about my current problem. I'd like to play what i payed for , not pay for fun.
Anyone else had this problem ? The accounts i play on is my old ones wich i started 4 years ago, and my sub passwords still work to renew my account but i cannot get ingame. I tryed to change password 2 times aswell, but no mail to confirm that either??? im getting rather confused/angry here. Not much of a welcome tbh get me back in game!!

Even though it may say in the subs page you can play, the transaction may not have been completed. Wait an hour or two, try again, if it's still not working then write to GoA staff again.

Usually when I have to renew my Sub, i have to wait an hour or so before I can play.

The problem is, that i have tryed to "generate" a new password 6 times now, i even changed my mail since they say it isnt allowed to have multible accounts tied into one mail.. so i created a new mail with my isp provider as they said. Still nothing
And the poor shit service of goa-team are just rude like, sending me 1 mail per day in return "You dont have to send multible mails to us" thats all i get why cant they just GIVE me my damn password, since i cant get it from Sub-pages, iam an old player that played this shit since beta and now i get scammed of GOA haha feels like it anyway. I payed my account but the password is "wrong" and i dont get a new one from subs or GOA.. so im ina "idontknowwhattodositiuation" ... Take my cash and account is unplayabe aswell as sub pages for getting my darn new password ... 4 days of shit tbh.

I'd like to play but they stop me from doin it

is there a problem with the renewal of the subscription ? i been trying for a day now and all i get is payment failure
