How crap is this damn subscription page.

Account has closed as I forgot to change payment details. I cancelled sub's as your supposed to do to enable me to enter my new payment details. I have now had the same message coming up on the sub's screen FOR EIGHT GODDAMN HOURS.

It wont let me enter any info and just says information is being processed and check status in 3 hours to see if its changed. HOW CAN I CHANGE STATUS IF I CANT ENTER ANY DETAILS FFS.

Comes to a poor state of affairs when I cant even give GOA money, I would have thought that would be at least one area they'd be on the ball with....

Obviously Not.

I was sticking with DAOC rather than drifting to another MMORPG, as they don't want my money however maybe I will have to move on....

Same here, needed to change my payment information, should of been straight forward, changing a few details...but...oh no, still can't play 2 days on!! This is pathetic!

3 days and counting, geez that's really bad.
If it goes on for much longer, I wouldn't be surprised if ppl really DID start leaving DAOC for good.

right, i can get in, but it refused the CC i've been using to pay my account with since day one.... great going GOA.... :(

Hmm, I reactivated both of my accounts last night about 9pm.

Worked fine, first time I have tried it tbh for almost 2 months.
