re-subscribe

Hi! ok it was like this, i terminated my account, dont know why, but then later i got this email that confirmed my termination of the account, but then it says if i want to re-subscribe i can do that if i wanna play again, and i can do that within 6months
but how the hell do i re subscribe? i have entered my account and stuff but i dont get it how to open up the account again. pls someone help thx
