Re-opening my account

Help!

I've been away from the game for 6 months, and am trying to re-open my account.

I remembered my game password, but forgot my subscription password.

I got sent a link, generated a new password using the link, but every time I try to open my account to resubscribe it wont work.

It just keeps showing the same screen asking for my user ID and password, again and again and again.

I tried a password that I knew wasnt right, and it then said incorrect password, so I know I'm using the right password.

What am I doing wrong?

Anyway, turn off any ad-busters or privacy program thingers (ZoneAlarm Pro, Norton Internut Security, Webwasher, etc) and make sure that you have the latest flash software installed.

Done all that and it got me to another screen which is asking me for my lblNickname and lblPassword!

Any idea what these are?

its important your still using your email account you originally registered with goa else they wont know who you are.

Might pay you to contact them through right (somtimes this month) be able to helps you more than us bitter twisted nerfed peeps

subscription@goa.com for subs issues (given if you're having subs issues you often can't log into rightnow).

They sorted both my accounts out pretty quickly when I reactivated (the second one was back inside 5 hours!)
