Rcon Help For TFC

ok i need help

I book the BW servers and set my rcon pass(lets say 'great')........
I get in the game,open my console and type


rcon_port #####
rcon_password great

And i get dont get rcon control,i have also tryed

rcon_adress ###.###.###
rcon_port #####
rcon_password great

Please tell me how to get rcon on barrysworld servers,i know a few people in my clan can use rcon,but none of us can get rcon on Barrysworld.

Please only post how if you have recently had rcon control on a BW server for TFC
