Rcon Commands Please Help

can any of you give me a list of Rcon commands for elite force,i run a clan so i may need to kick some people in training for using alt fire ALL the time which really anoys me i have set up bookable servers and entered a Rcon password but i have no idea how to use it
any help would be appreciated

Most of the commands are the same as quake3:

http://guides.barrysworld.com/quake3/servers/ has a few. One command not like elite force is the "say" command. Starman has the command for it though.
