When doing destroy (lair) missions make a macro like this for shooting the spawn:

/attack;
/pause2;
/peace

Maybe /pause1 with fast weap /pause 3-4 with slow.

You will see why

If you want to teach someone a skill you have you have to group with them, then you get the teach option on their radial menu.

You should be ashamed for ot having to sit at your comp 24/7 pressing the same button and watching a bar wlak SLOWLY over the screen and then fail in making an AF 14 cap.
