what ra's should be good for a rr4l1 shaman? i just cant seem to find what seems like the best

What spec Shammy, for a semi BB with mainly aug and little in mend, Id suggest purge, wildhealing, MCL at least.
Most are saying Ichor is pants, so up to you if you try it.

Definately moc1 for interrupting with, its just so ideal for this.
If you are ml10 perfector then VR is very nice as you can area insta heal a zerg
My current RAs (likely to change lots over this week)
Ichor2, purge1 (im usually Cmed so no worry here), VR2, aug dex2, MoC1, MoF2
MoF2 is great if you are aug/cave spec as it helps those crappy dots stick
regarding Ichor, it isnt all that bad if used right. Atm with the NF zerging its handy for those getaway moments or to finish of zergs that have been TWFed
And its damned awesome for destroying theurg spam in an emergency
