just wanted to wondering how many rangers know about this ...
after reading on Vn boards about when druids spec 2/3rds in buffing (nurture) there buffs become 1.25 time more effective ... i.e an af buff of 40 becomes an af buff of 50
but also the higher you spec the better buffs you get but the buffs are capped at + 50 so if you spec higher to get teh last say af buff of 48 theres no point because although it benefits from the 1.25 increase its capped at 50 so you may as well stick with the lower af one that comes out at teh same level .. onyl reason i can think of to take the buffs higher is in a debudd situation ... i,e your buffed for say 60 (10pts being lost and from teh cap but you are still buffed for 60 ) so when you are debuffed say for example for 10 pts your still at your cap of 50 (if it takes into account the extra over teh cap points which i think it does ...)
so what i was wondering is was does the work for PF and .. it does .. i think :0
i used me dex/quick buff (delve value of 33) and it buffed for 41
which is a little over 1.25 but there prob rounding up or down to be considered so ...
i just found it interesting as someone who was thinking of going for high pf but dont think ill bother...
does it annoy anyone else that ythic just doesnt tell you these things and you can easily end up gimping your char ..?
i remeber when i first started my ranger main feb of last year and had no help etc from forum boards or anything because for starters i knew nothing of them and my only previous experience was other rpg games so even though it it says about main stats being dex and quick i htink im the only elph in the whole of hib with an extra 5 emp and int in there base stats !
but i thought this was info id share with you all and was interested to see how many of you knew it
