Can't get enough of FH

I'm after a decent pierce ranger template, melee ofc.
Must include: +11 stealth, +11 cd and ideally +11 pierce. +bow isn't required but is a bonus. Also needs to be any mainhand wherever possible, even if you just count in the +28 dex from the leg as the mainhand stat to make it a bit easier.
Extra bits: Som and WH are both really nice to have.
edit: caps, 20 in both str/dex would be really nice to have.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated, I'm not to fussed when it comes to difficulty of items although the easier the better of course.
