Ranger Speedspell?

In the catacombs character builder it says rangers get a "buff movement shout" at level 9 - I haven't ever seen a ranger with a speed spell but maybe this is being added in a later patch? Could Rangers be getting a skald-type speed spell? Or is it like the hunter spell, on a timer, that lasts 30 seconds?

rangers have had this since before fire itself was invented

basically you hit it and it insta casts a run buff for a short length of time, it's on a ten minuit timer and is only there for using in emergencies to get away from something, and is VERY useful!

wonderful spell that one, saved my life more times than i can even begin to count
