Ranger Respec.

Anyone know where i can find a char builder that includes the new ranger abilities that come with 1.62? Catacombs doesnt seem to include them yet.

Rapid fire 35
PF 2 40
RF 2 45
PF 3 50

Rapid 2 is like rapid 1 but 20% less end cost or something like that.

PF is 50% 75% and 100% damage when penetrating bladeturns.

imo yes,atleast cause rangers seem to be very good grp chars next patch,
imo a good spec for that would be like this :
bow 50
pierc 44
cd 21
stealth 11
rest pf (can't remember if this is exact spec i tried at cata but it should be ,maybe +/- 1 or 2 points on pierce or cd

50 blade/poke
23 cd
16 path
6 stealth

A high RR Ranger with that spec would be a character to be feared again.
