or speed cause u'll need to run alot when not on highground

basically they say when you hit x amount of dex it won't increase your bow dmg, and when you hit y amount of bow skill it won't increase your bow dmg.
Looks like the amount of dex you need to cap bow dmg is less than 380 but you still need it to cap your archery skill, the amount of skill you need is 61 composite skill.

So check your RR and base dex and maybe you can rework the template and get higher benefices.

Another point is if this is a sniper ranger template, stealth lore charges are very important (if you want to roam, that is). Godess Necklace, Ring of Dances and Shades of mist are a must imo, then if you throw away any idea of melee and focus on sniper mode, add cyplop's shield and maybe snatcher bracer + orion's belt

About bow's choice Fool's bow is a nice one but it gives way too much bow skill and no dex cap at all, another thing is the "permanent" dot on your targets it's great on 1 vs 1 stealther warfare , it prevents your enemy for restealth, but on the other side it helps your enemies if the fight is not 1 vs 1 as a dot on your target will cancel you speed boost spell, preventing you to run away from zerg and restealth, .... well or speed up and zerg your lonely enemy. Check Braggart's bow, 9 dex cap and only 3 bow skill.
