my computer resets randomly... i think this is due to the exesive heat within...

I need an eficient way to cool the inside of the case without MAJOR modifications such as adding a watter cooling unit...

Which operating system?

If it's 2000 or XP, you need to turn Blue Screens back on via:

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery -> Settings

And uncheck "Automatically Restart".

When it next happens you should get a blue screen. Write this down and we should be able to track what the problem is.

If you're certain that it's heat, then Zalman make very case fans, 80mm and 92mm. Both retail for at just over the £10 mark from Dabs.com. If you're just having one set it up as an exhaust at the back of the case (there will hopefully be a space for it). Also, remove the backplates from next the the graphics card, this can help slighly boost circulation around the underside mounted GPU fan.

Case fans are .VERY cheap, if you want quiet ones, like (shovel) says, go for the Zalman ones, otherwise generic ones cost about 4quid at most places.

Try to set them up so that there is a slight positive pressure in the case (hold a smoking candle to a gap in your case when its all boxed up) You want to try to get it set-up so that the smoke blows away from the case, not in (stops dust getting sucked in).

If you want to get really flash, get one of these. It will allow you to control the speeds of your case fans independantly

well it win ME, and I am fairly sure its the heat as taking the case off has helped... although this is not practical... looks like some fan(s) are in order...

i'm also sure its the HD caousing the heat... its a very small case, anly temp till i get a nice P4, there is not mush air in there and its a fast drive... can't remember how fast exacally...

I bleieve that both Coolermaster and Zalman make hard drive cooling enclosures, so that might be an option?
