What annoys me, is that of you find some extra money in your account, the bank takes it back the next day. But if they fuck up and take your phone bill out 7 times (like they did with me once) it takes them 5 working days to put the money back in your account (thats after spending 35 minutes on the phone to some sweatshop in india, trying to explain whats happened)

Ezteq i've worked for a bank for 3 and abit years now, and it's just a sign of what the industry is coming to, some of the stuff (unfortunately i can't tell you) that i have to do these days is fucking laughable and in some cases makes me ashamed to work for my company.

I did work experience at a bank once (I originally put a leisure centre, guitar shop and teaching as my first choices but my teachers hated me so gave me the shitty end of the stick). Hated it it at first, but it kinda grew on me. Cashiering was the best as you got to interact with customers and that was a bit of a laugh.

Retail is great, can get some real characters when you see few hundred feel come through a day. Amazing what conversations you can have for the 30 seconds they are at the till
