fish'n'chips are fine ... but don't wrap them in a fucking paper for 10 minutes before eating them! I ordered it ... and I specificly told the guy I'd eat it right away .. still he hands it to me in a closed paper .... damn all the chips soaked up the fishy shit... chips need to be crispy ffs
Shaeffer says:

Depends on what fish you have to, skate if not prepared right tastes like snot, rock eel very tasty but again can be over strong,
plaice tastes of feck all, cod very sexah without the ammonia sauce, which leaves haddock, tops imo.
Chips should be king edwards fried in dripping by a coal fired fryer.

Not if you are partial to squeezing a lovely fresh lemon over the fish first you don't ;)

Besides the best way to cook fish is to stuff it wrapped in tin foil into the oven and let it steam itself... then serve with a delicate lemon and chilli rice.

MmmmmmM!

OMG, I'm truly shocked by what I've just read. How dare you guys rape fritten (=chips) with vinegar???

Being a loyal Belgian citizen something like that astonishes me...

this is how it should be:

Why is there a load of runny dogshit on top of those chips?

Belgians always have runny dogshit on English food.

Everyone knows salt first, then rinse salt through to bottom with vinegar, then more salt added to the top chips.

Curry on the way atm, can't really call it an Indian any more as it's changed so much it's more English than Indian.
Would go out and get it but it's pissing down outside atm.

Chicken Tikka Dupiaza, pillau rice, 1 plain nan, 2 poppadums, bombay allou (potatoes).
