Hi first of all I will list my PC specs

MSI KT700 Motherboard
AMD 2800+ XP
Crucial Ballistix PC 4000 1Gig @ 2 sticks 512mb
Seagate SATA 200Gig HD
Radeon 9800 Pro

Now I brought a 3rd stick of Crucial Ballistix when I add it to my system I get loads of windows errors and doac crashes, eventally I get the BSOD with what looks like a memory read/write error.

If I use the new stick and remove one of the old exsisting sticks its fine, its only when I get 3 running the same time that I get the problems, I have tried the usual of swapping round the slots. I have updated the drivers and bios..I have tried everything I can.

HELP :(

I thouhght I read that you quit DAoC over on Pryd.net, but never mind that.
Have you checked your motherboards manual, it may only take pairs of ram ?

I had a look at MSIs' site but they don't have a KT700 mainboard listed. Infact I couldn't find a KT700 chipset.

Looking at the MSI site, if it is a MSI Mobo (KT700 does not exist), most of their Mobo's have dual channel DIMM support. However, you should still be able to fit singles. Although if the first pair are working as dual the second pair have to as well, AFAIK. They work faster as pairs anyway so best get saving for another Balistic stick.

What chipset is it? (VIA/Nforce 3/4/ATI Xpress)
