Just changed my address with them for the FIFTH time

Some of my mail has come to my new address some to my old

So obv they have they new one in there somewhere.

I moved in september.

:EDIT: the only thing i can think of is that you have to change to with each department, loans, credit card, main, and collections if necessary....but im sure i have done the main twice now
