radar or no radar

Well i think whe have all been there , timed out , changing server and.... wtf radar is gone!!
For me the radar is essential to cs, im sure you will agree.
Now i know the command drawradar or hideradar , but that usualy dont seem to make any diffrence
So my question is simple , are there any other commands that might do the trick?

relaunch Cs.

just ignore it(or the lack of it).
it will come back by itself after a while, and you proberbly wont notice it's back when it does.

The radar is a sprite, so maybe a command to draw sprites followed by the radar sprite is needed...
