it is totally shit tbh the way political correctness has gone mad cos of all the crazy do gooders.
remember my junior school was really cool about multiculturalism - school moto was to treat folks how u would like to be treated n to try to understand that folks can be different but u got to respect their culture/beliefs if u want the same. we kinda celebrated everything, christmas, diwali, chinese new year etc - at each of these the school would put on a display/assembly n get kids from that faith/culture get involved to explain it to others
shame to think nowadays they prolly couldnt do that without someone complaining bout forcing beliefs onto em, or at least u prolly couldnt do the christian festivals

Poste this before and not a Nursery rhyme, but tickles me every time

I was working with a Jewish lad (as in very Jewish,skull cap the lot), we were running new cables into a Telephone exchange through the cable chamber (underground wires from people houses come into a sort of basement)
So I said to him 'I'll sit up top, you go down the gas chamber and push the wires up', he got the slip straight away and just smiled.
