- Added Static Tempest to Mentalists.

Shame they've now set the first level of purge at a 10s delay, so pretty much everyone who wants it will get purge 2 ...

Will have to consider if I buy it at all... this new RA system is widening the gap between casual and hardcore RvR players, which is the opposite of what Mythic are trying to do oO

its capped at lvl 70.

All Stealthers will most likely get Purge 3 I imagine.

Purge 2 is a minimum as 10 sec delay is haha
