Does this mean that speed will be +3% faster
dmg song 3%
and so on? after all these are the only buff s skald like classes have to offer.

They have succeded again not to give any worthwile information on any RA´s.

it is for buffs casted on u from other players i.e. healers/shamans

and the shaman dmgadd is a buff so if will be 3% stronger/better.. if i have understood this correct... but since no class has "runspeed" buff (only chant) the running will not be faster the the fastest chant...

Where did u get the info on thet it was OTHERS buffs casted on you?

The description I have says "Increased effectiveness of duration-based spells (+3% / level)". Equally vague.

what i get from it it is for Mid the Shaman/RM (dark) Dmg add...
hunters have their buffs and RM/SM self AF buffs

and alb has the theurg/wizzie dmg add/shield and attackspeed
Same eher with self AF buffs for casters

hib has got mentalists powerregen and dmgshield...
and again caster self AF buffs...

I know, i know there are more but just to name a few...

the healerbuffs such as str, dex, con and so on will not be affected by this ....

this is how i understand it ... i might be wrong... and if that is the case it is not "much" use for a skald.. since the "only" duration buff they can get from others is DMG-Add and they have thier own so... :|

but then again the more i read it the more it becomes vague

now u might understand more what i did mean not just any buff casted on u but the "duration" ones... (usualy 10mins).. don't think that RM fend will be 3% more efficient even if that is a duration buff
