RA for a minstrel?

Can some of u minstrels out there please tell me which RA are good.
I have 21 points to use..think i will take: Augmented Acuity 2, Serenity 2, Mystic Crystal Lore 1 and then i have 10 left. Purge, Raging Power or SoS?

What about Mastery of the Arcane (Your “buff” spells will be 3% more effective per level of this ability)

does this meen my power, heal and runsong will be better??

i say:
dont bother with serenity 2, if you need to regen mana you got powersong (which doesnt properly stack with serenity in some way.. i dont really know how it works).

get sos, mcl, aug acui 2, then save up for ip or buy toughness/aug ***

most grps will expect u to have SoS, 11 points left - get MCL, augmented acuity 2 and whatever else u want when u get to R4L3 (i think) u can respec to FA2/IP/SoS if u want to

What about Mastery of the Arcane ?
does it realy make u songs better?

only song i know affected by MoA is speed song

motivational anthem is a 204% increase (i think ) and each lvl of MoA increases that by 3%

not much of a diff imho but i guess some ppl like it

but speedsong is capped at +104% anyway, so moa wont help it :/
