QW config!

Hi there, just wonderin, i need a lil help.

I am new to QW and i play alot of Quake2 and i was trying to play the other day and i have found that i cannot have free look with my mouse, and also cannot fire with my mouse and jump with it.

So i thought "ah, ah" and put my Q2 config into my QW config and guess what, nothin!

is there any way i can sort this out... as i need to get use to playing QW and i wanna be able to jump and fire with my muse and have a free look!

unsure about what you need
but
if you type
+mlook
at the console
you will get mouse look
all the time

what you can do is
press esc. set keyboard keys for your settings
then have a look at the config.cfg file..
any way
tell us ( i.e. this board )
what you are trying to do
with the mouse

stick these in ure cfg:

+mlook
bind mouse1 "+attack"
bind mouse2 "+jump"

change the mouse numbers to 1, 2 or 3 as suits
